PowerPoint to PDF converter

Turn presentations into PDFs that anyone can open and print. One slide becomes one page, with your design, images and text exactly in place.

Secure: encrypted upload, file deleted right after conversion.

How to use the PowerPoint to PDF tool

  1. Choose one or more presentations (PPTX, PPT or ODP).
  2. Click “Convert to PDF”.
  3. Download the PDF.

Why share slides as PDF?

Not everyone has PowerPoint, and presentations often look broken on another computer when fonts are missing. A PDF is smaller, opens instantly on phones and tablets and looks identical everywhere. It is the usual way to send handouts after a talk, submit a pitch deck or upload slides to a learning platform.

What to expect

  • Each slide becomes one PDF page in the slide’s aspect ratio (16:9 or 4:3).
  • Text stays selectable and searchable.
  • Images, shapes, tables and charts are kept.
  • Animations, transitions, videos and speaker notes are not part of the PDF.

Privacy and security

Your file is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our own conversion server, converted, and deleted immediately after the result is sent back. It is never stored, shared or looked at, and the converter has no internet access of its own.
