Organize PDF pages

See every page as a thumbnail, drag pages into a new order, rotate the ones that are upside down and delete the ones you do not need. Then save the result as a new PDF.

Private: works in your browser, nothing is uploaded.

How to use the Organize PDF Pages tool

  1. Choose a PDF file.
  2. Drag thumbnails to change the order, or use the arrow buttons.
  3. Rotate or delete pages with the buttons under each page.
  4. Click “Save PDF” and download the new file.

Typical jobs

  • Fix scans where pages came out of the feeder in the wrong order or upside down.
  • Move an appendix or a signature page to the right place.
  • Reverse a document scanned back to front.
  • Remove blank pages and duplicates in the same step.

Quality

Pages are copied into the new file as they are. Nothing is re-rendered or compressed, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality. Links inside the page and form fields are kept.

Privacy

Everything runs in your browser. Your files and text are not uploaded to our server or stored anywhere.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work on phones?

Yes. Use the arrow buttons under each page to move it, because dragging is less precise on small screens.

Can I combine pages from several PDFs?

Merge the files first with Merge PDF, then open the merged file here to arrange the pages.

Is there a page limit?

No fixed limit. Very long documents take longer to show thumbnails, especially on phones.

Will bookmarks be kept?

Page content is kept exactly, but the outline (bookmarks) of the original file is not copied, because it would point to the old page order.
