Audio joiner

Combine several recordings into one file: parts of a lecture, voice messages, tracks of a mix or the chapters of an audiobook. Different formats can be mixed.

Private: works in your browser, nothing is uploaded.

How to use the Audio Joiner tool

  1. Choose two or more audio files.
  2. Put them in order by dragging or with the arrow buttons.
  3. Choose what goes between them: nothing, silence or a crossfade.
  4. Click “Join files” and download the result.

Transitions

  • Nothing: tracks follow each other directly, as in a gapless album.
  • Silence: a short pause between parts, useful for speech.
  • Crossfade: the end of one track fades out while the next fades in, like a DJ mix.

Mixing formats

You can join an MP3 with an M4A voice memo and a WAV recording. All files are converted to the same sample rate; if any file is stereo, the result is stereo.

Privacy

Everything runs in your browser: the audio is decoded by your browser and encoded on your device. Your files are never uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

How many files can I join?

As many as your device memory allows. Dozens of songs are no problem on a computer.

Do the files need the same format?

No. Any formats your browser can read can be combined.

Can I make the volume equal?

Join the files, then use Volume Booster with the normalize option on the result.

Can I join videos?

This tool joins audio. You can add videos, but only their sound is used.
